Carmen Geiss (born Schmitz, born May 5, 1965 in Cologne ) is a German fitness trainer , singer , television actress and former model as well as the wife of Robert Geiss .

Career

Carmen Geiss comes from Cologne. In 1982 she was voted "Miss Fitness". In the program Rudis Urlaubsshow , which was broadcast between 1994 and 1996 , she was seen accompanying Rudi Carrell .

In 1994 she married the entrepreneur Robert Geiss , in whose company she worked temporarily as a saleswoman and with whom she has daughters Davina Shakira (* May 30, 2003) and Shania Tyra Maria (* July 30, 2004).

Since January 2011 she has been the leading actress with Robert Geiss on the TV show Die Geissens - A terribly glamorous family , in which the life of her family is portrayed. She sang the theme song Jet Set for the series .

In May 2013, together with her husband and the ghostwriter Andreas Hock, she published the autobiography Von nix geht nix , with which she reached the Spiegel bestseller list. A month later, her second solo single, My City Miami , was released, developed and produced by Harald Reitinger . In June 2013 Geiss performed the song on the ZDF television garden . Geiss was a participant of the seventh season of the RTL telecast Let's Dance , finishing in third place. Since 2014, she and her husband have also been involved in a Verivox advertising campaign . In December 2014 Carmen Geiss presented her own fitness and nutrition program, which she has been actively marketing since then.
