Carrie Schreiner
Carrie Schreiner (born September 14, 1998 in Völklingen ) is a German automobile racing driver . She started in the German Formula 4 championship in 2015 and switched to GT motorsport in 2017.
Career
Schreiner began her career in karting in 2009, as is usual in automobile racing . In 2012 she won the ADAC Kart Masters in the X30 Junior class . After two more years in kart racing , Schreiner switched to formula racing and was signed up by the HTP Junior Team for the newly founded German Formula 4 championship in 2015 from the second race weekend . As the best results of the season, she achieved 15th place at the races in Oschersleben and at the Hockenheimring . For 2016 the team was renamed US Racing and led by Ralf Schumacher and Gerhard Ungar . At the same time, she competes in the British Formula 4 championship for the Double R Racing team .
In 2017 she switched to GT racing and started for the FFF Lamborghini Squadra Corse Team in the Asian Lamborghini Super Trofeo .
Since the 2019 season, she and Patric Niederhauser have been driving an Audi R8 LMS for HCB-Rutronik Racing in the ADAC GT-Masters racing series, a series for vehicles in the GT3 category.
