Casco is located in eastern Wisconsin on the Door Peninsula , which separates Green Bay from Lake Michigan proper . The geographical coordinates of Casco are 44 ° 33'28 "north latitude and 87 ° 37'05" west longitude. The municipality extends over an area of 1.79 km² and is completely surrounded by the Town of Casco , but does not belong to it.
Casco's neighbors are Algoma (16.9 km northeast), Kewaunee (16.7 km southeast), Luxemburg (8.1 km west-southwest) and Dyckesville (19.1 km northwest).

The Wisconsin State Highway 54 runs in a west-east direction as the main road through Casco and crosses the County Highway C. All other roads are subordinate highways, partly unpaved roads and inner-city connecting roads.
Through Casco runs on a former railway line of the former Ahnapee and Western Railway with the Ahnapee State Trail, a rail trail for hikers and cyclists. In winter, the trail can also be used on snowmobiles and skis.
