Caspar Bernhard Hardy , also Kaspar Bernhard Hardy (born August 26, 1726 in Cologne ; † March 17, 1819 ibid), was a German priest , wax boss , painter , enameller, bronze caster and manufacturer of physical instruments.

The pharmacist's son Caspar Bernhard Hardy became a clergyman and worked his life as an artist in his hometown of Cologne. In Paris Musée Carnavalet are nine of his works on display - for example, a wax figure of Benjamin Franklin .
