Caspar Zeitlinger was the name of several master scythe smiths in the Zeitlinger family who operated different scythe factories at different times, sometimes at the same time . Most of the time Caspar Zeitlinger is the name of the “ degree ” born in 1798 , but there are confusions in both contemporary and current literature.
