Catherine Mabillard

Catherine Mabillard (born June 9, 1964 in Bex ) is a Swiss ski mountaineer and mountain biker .

Mabillard began ski mountaineering in 1985 and took part in a competition in this sport for the first time in 1986 at the Trophée de Valerette . Since 1996 she has also participated in championships for Switzerland on an international level.

Successes in ski mountaineering (selection)

  • 2006:
    • 3rd place at the World Championship Vertical Race
    • 3rd place at the World Ski Mountaineering Team with Séverine Pont-Combe
  • 2007:
    • 3rd place at the European Ski Mountaineering Team with Nathalie Etzensperger
    • 3rd place at the European Ski Mountaineering Championship (with Catherine Mabillard and Nathalie Etzensperger)
    • 6th place at the European Vertical Race Championship
    • 6th place at the European Ski Mountaineering Combination Championship
    • 9th place at the European Ski Mountaineering Individual Championships
