Gloriana Pellissier

Gloriana Pellissier (born August 12, 1976 in Aosta ) is an Italian ski mountaineer .

Pellissier began ski mountaineering in 1995 and competed in her first competition in 1996 when she took part in the Tour du Rutor . In 1999 she became a member of the national team .

Successes (selection)

Pellissier was the Italian ski mountaineering champion from 1997 to 2001 and from 2004 to 2005.

    • 2nd place at the European Vertical Race Championship
    • 2nd place at the European Ski Mountaineering Individual Championships
    • 2nd place at the European Ski Mountaineering Relay Championship (with Francesca Martinelli and Christiane Nex)
    • 6th place at the European Ski Mountaineering Team with Christiane Nex
  • 2007:
    • 1st place at the European Championship relay with Francesca Martinelli and Roberta Pedranzini
    • 1st place at the Trofeo Mezzalama with Francesca Martinelli and Roberta Pedranzini
    • 3rd place at the European Vertical Race Championship
    • 3rd place at the European Ski Mountaineering Individual Championships
  • 2008:
    • 2nd place world championship ski mountaineering relay (Roberta Pedranzini, Francesca Martinelli and Elisa Fleischmann ), Portes du Soleil
    • 5th place in the world championship ski mountaineering singles, Portes du Soleil
    • 5th place at the World Cup ski mountaineering singles, Val d´Aran
    • 10th place at the World Vertical Race Championship, Portes du Soleil
