Celmo Lazzari

Celmo Lazzari CSJ (born June 16, 1956 in Garibaldi ) is Vicar Apostolic of San Miguel de Sucumbíos .

Life

Celmo Lazzari joined the Order of the Josephines of St. Leonardo Murialdo and was ordained a priest on December 18, 1982 .

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on June 11, 2010 Vicar Apostolic of Napo in Ecuador and Titular Bishop of Muzuca in Proconsulari . The retired Vicar Apostolic of Napo, Paolo Mietto CSJ, consecrated him on October 9 of the same year as bishop ; Co- consecrators were Nei Paulo Moretto , Bishop of Caxias do Sul , and Alessandro Carmelo Ruffinoni CS , Coadjutor Bishop of Caxias do Sul.

On November 21, 2013, Pope Francis appointed him Vicar Apostolic of San Miguel de Sucumbíos .
