Cenk Akyol (born April 16, 1987 in Kadiköy , Istanbul ) is a Turkish basketball player . He currently plays in the Turkish Basketball League ( TBL ) for Galatasaray Medical Park .
National team
In 2010 Akyol won the silver medal at the domestic basketball world championship .
NBA
In the 2005 NBA Draft , Akyol was selected 59th by the Atlanta Hawks . However, Akyol did not manage to earn a place in the team.
