Ch'oe Yŏng-rim (born November 20, 1930 ) was the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea from 2010 to 2013 , d. H. Prime Minister (Prime Minister) of North Korea .
Life
After studying in Moscow , he qualified as an industrial engineer. Since 2009 he has been the Supreme Secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the Labor Party of Korea . At the third session of the Supreme People's Assembly in the XII. In the legislative period (June 7, 2010) he was elected head of government , replacing Kim Yong-il from this post. He has been a member of the Politburo and Presidium of the Politburo of the Labor Party of Korea (at least since October 2010).
