Chandra Fleig

Chandra Fleig (* 1972 in Tübingen ) is a German singer-songwriter , musician , sound engineer and filmmaker .

Life

Chandra Fleig studied Popular Music and later Sound Technology at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts between 1996 and 2001 , where she was awarded the Sennheiser Scholarship. After completing his studies, he began to work as a freelance musician, sound engineer and independent filmmaker and, together with Ralf founder, founded the independent documentary film team "DDT" in 2001.

As a musician, songwriter and director, Fleig has realized cinema, TV and film projects. Including performances at the Berlinale with the music for the film Four Windows , the ZDF production Grenzland or his music documentary All the way back to Liverpool , which he realized in collaboration with the music producer Mike Crossey .

Since October 2007 Chandra Fleig has been teaching the master's degree in film music in the areas of sound design and music production at the Babelsberg Film University in Potsdam and works and lives in Berlin.
