Charles Seale-Hayne

Charles Seale Hayne Hayne , PC , JP (* 22. May 1833 , † 22. November 1903 in Mayfair , City of Westminster ) was a British politician of the Liberal Party , among others, from 1885 to 1903 member of the House ( House of Commons ) and 1892-1895 paymaster General ( paymaster General ) was.

Life

Seale-Hayne was the son of Charles Seale-Hayne and his wife Louisa Jennings and a grandson of John Henry Seale , who was also a member of the House of Commons between 1832 and his death in 1844 and was made a baronet on July 31, 1838 .

He served as an officer in the 2nd militia regiment of the county Devon (Devon 2nd Regiment of Militia) and was on January 1, 1858 Captain (Captain) and on 18 November 1863 Major transported.
