Charlevoix is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region Capitale-Nationale and consists of seven subordinate administrative units (one city, three municipalities, two districts and a municipality-free area). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Baie-Saint-Paul . The population is 13,163 and the area 3715.5 km², which corresponds to a population density of 3.5 inhabitants per km².

The Rivière-du-Moulin wind farm is partly located in the Charlevoix area.
