When Charlie Chan , the main character of the story, is a fictional character of the writer Earl Derr Biggers . A serial killer is up to mischief in San Francisco, so that retired secret detective Charlie Chan and his rather clumsy grandson have to take on the case. It turns out that the dragon queen is behind the murders.
