action
Four completely different girls live in New York: Galleria, Chanel, Dorinda and Aquanette. They want to become pop stars, which is why the four friends found the "Cheetah Girls" and take part in a talent competition at their school. Jackal Johnson, a music producer, becomes aware of the Cheetah Girls and offers them a recording contract, which is why Galleria wants to abandon the talent competition. But the girls should wear masks and sing playback, which Galleria is not satisfied with either. Since everyone claims that she cannot determine the decisions of everyone, an argument breaks out and the Cheetah Girls split up. Dorinda, who previously had a contract for the dance competition, accepts it, Chanel, Aquanette and Galleria stay in New York. When Galleria goes for a walk with her dog Toto, Toto pulls himself off the leash and runs away. Galleria tries to run after him, but Toto has already fallen into a shaft. Almost all of New York stands in front of the shaft and hopes for Toto. This accident is shown on television. Dorinda, Chanel and Aqua see it and also come to the scene of the accident. So the Cheetah Girls meet again. Together they sing one of their songs (Together we can). Toto responds to the girls singing, wakes up from the coma and comes out of the shaft. After Galleria starts the new song of the Cheetahs (Cheetah sisters), the other three join in. So they win the song contest at their school and get along again.
