Chengbei (城北区; Pinyin : Chéngběi Qū ; " North City ") is a district of the district-free city of Xining , the capital of the Chinese province of Qinghai . It has an area of 138 km² and has 210,000 inhabitants (end of 2010).
Administrative structure
The city district consists of three street quarters and two large municipalities . These are:
- Chaoyang Street (朝阳 街道), seat of the district government;
- Mafang street district (马坊 街道);
- Road quarter Xiaoqiao Dajie (小桥大街街道);
- Greater community Dapuzi (大堡子镇);
- Greater community Nianlipu (廿里铺镇).
