Chilime ( Nepali चिलिमे ) is a village and a Village Development Committee (VDC) in Nepal in the north of the Rasuwa District .
The place Chilime is located at 1810 m altitude on the lower course of the Sanjen Khola , a right tributary of the Trishuli , which drains the eastern flank of the Ganesh Himal . Chilime is accessible from Goljung via a road.
In Chilime, part of the river water of the Sanjen Khola is diverted and fed to a cavern power station 3.5 km away. The installed capacity is 22.1 MW . Below Syafrubesi , the water flows into the Trishuli via a drainage tunnel.
Residents
At the 2011 census, the VDC Chilime had 1,378 inhabitants (685 of them male) in 340 households.
