The Chossedaju ( Russian Хоседаю ; also Хоседа-Ю , Chosseda-Ju, Хоседа , Chosseda ) is a right tributary of the Adswa in the Autonomous Okrug of the Nenets and in the Komi Republic in northwestern Russia .
The Hossedaju has its source in the Bolsemelskaya Tundra in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug . At the beginning it flows south, then south-westerly. Finally it turns to the southeast, reaches the Komi Republic and after 167 km meets the Adswa on the right. The Chossedaju drains an area of 2630 km². The river is mainly fed by the snowmelt . The mean discharge (MQ) 46 km above the mouth is 27 m³ / s. The river is ice-free between May / early June and October.
