Christopher John Bahen (born November 16, 1980 in Markham , Ontario ) is a former Canadian ice hockey player (defender) who last played for EHC Munich and ended his career in 2010.

Career

Bahen began his career in the 1999/00 season at Clarkson University in the NCAA and played there until the 2003/04 season. Meanwhile, he was selected in the sixth round of the NHL Entry Draft 2000 in 189th place by the Colorado Avalanche .

At the beginning of the 2004/05 season , Bahen moved to the Landshut Cannibals in the 2nd Bundesliga , where he played up to and including 2005/06 .

In the 2006/07 season, Bahen was drawn to the Italian Serie A at HC Bozen , but returned after a year to the 2nd Bundesliga and signed a contract for the 2007/08 season with EHC Munich , where he was the best defender on points and up played at the end of the 2009/2010 season. Then he ended his career. Bahen has lived in Grünwald near Munich since 2013 .
