Chris Hahn (born July 28, 1985 in Fort Qu'Appelle , Saskatchewan ) is a German - Canadian ice hockey player who was last under contract with the Eisbären Berlin in the German Ice Hockey League .
Career
Hahn began his career in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League , in which he played from 2003 to 2005 at Athol Murray College for the Notre Dame Hounds . In his second season, the center top scorer of his team and was selected as the most valuable striker on the starting line-up of the SJHL All-Star Game 2004/05. The son of a father of German descent then moved to the University of Maine in the gaming operations of the National Collegiate Athletic Association , where he obtained his degree in Business Administration.
For the 2009/10 season Hahn, equipped with a German passport, received a contract with the Eisbären Berlin from the German Ice Hockey League . On September 4, 2009 he made his debut for the Berlin team in the 8-3 defeat at the Kassel Huskies . At the end of the 2010/11 season , the contract was terminated.
