Christel Irmscher

Christel Irmscher (born April 14, 1946 in Sachsenhagen ) is a German artist.

After studying art education, Irmscher initially worked in various institutions for art presentation and communication (including at the HBK Braunschweig ). She has been working as a freelance artist in Göttingen since 1986 . Her work mainly includes paintings and installations.

In 2007 Irmscher co-founded the Göttingen art initiative stallarte .
