Christian Albrecht von Ahlefeldt (* 1693 in Haselau ; † March 16, 1755 ) was a chamberlain and colonel under Charles XII of Sweden.

Life

Christian Albrecht von Ahlefeldt was the son of Benedikt von Ahlefeldt , Lord of Haseldorf and Haselau and his second wife Maria Elisabeth, née von Moltke . He was born in 1693 at Haselau Castle and later was Prince Gottorp's Chamberlain, Lieutenant Colonel and served as Colonel under the Swedish King Karl XII . During the siege of Stralsund during the Pomeranian campaign in 1715/1716 he was seriously wounded by a bullet and several bayonet stabs and later retired from military service. His wife, whom he married in 1733, was Maria Elisabeth von Ratlow (* 1706), the marriage remained childless.
