Christian Hartl

Christian Hartl (born November 22, 1964 in Herrsching am Ammersee ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman. From 2003 to 2009 he was Regens in the Augsburg seminary .

Life

After studying theology for five years, he was ordained a priest in Augsburg in 1990 . Christian Hartl became secretary and ceremonial officer under the Augsburg Bishop Viktor Josef Dammertz in 1993 after chaplaincy in Füssen and Murnau . After being appointed cathedral vicar at the Hohen Dom in Augsburg , he became pastor in Etting in 1997 and wrote his doctorate on the spirituality of the cross of Julius Cardinal Döpfner . After three years as subregens, he was Regens in the Augsburg seminary and lecturer in homiletics at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Augsburg from 2003 until he was replaced by Martin Straub in 2009 . From 2009 as pastor in Bad Heilbrunn and later as spiritual at the interdiocesan seminary of St. Lambert in Lantershofen , Hartl has been the general manager of Renovabis since 2016 .
