Christian Ramírez Díaz (born March 8, 1978 in Mexico City ) is a retired Mexican football player on the position of defender .

career

Ramírez began his professional career at his hometown club UNAM Pumas , for which he worked between 1996 and 2002 as well as at the end of his active career when he mainly played for its farm team Pumas Morelos . In addition, Ramírez was for the two great rivals of Mexican football , Club America and Chivas Guadalajara , in use. But he celebrated his greatest sporting success with the Club Deportivo Toluca , with which he won the Mexican football championship in the Apertura in 2002 .

In June 2000, Ramírez came in three friendly matches for the Mexican national soccer team, but never ran again in the national team's dress.
