Christiane Ziehl

Christiane Ziehl (* 1950 in Lehnin , Zauch-Belzig district , Brandenburg , GDR ) is a German actress .

Life

After graduating from high school, Christiane Ziehl completed technical vocational training and studies before she began her acting training at the Leipzig theater school "Hans Otto" at the age of 23 . In addition to a permanent engagement at the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam (1998 to 2000) and guest contracts at the Schlosspark Theater and the Seefestival Wustrau, Ziehl is particularly associated with the Brandenburg Theater . Since 1992 she has had permanent and guest contracts here and has appeared on stage in numerous roles. Until 2017 Christiane Ziehl headed the Brandenburg Youth Theater, which has received numerous awards.

Occasionally Christiane Ziehl also appears in front of the camera, for example in episode roles in well-known series such as Rita's World , Dr. Sommerfeld - News from Bülowbogen or SOKO Wismar . In 2008 she was seen alongside Charly Hübner in Rosa von Praunheim's film The Pink Giant about the Brandenburg serial killer Wolfgang Schmidt .

Christiane Ziehl is married, has one child and lives in Brandenburg an der Havel .
