Christina Fusano (born November 27, 1980 in Sacramento , California ) is a former American tennis player .

Career

Fusano won her only WTA title at the Bell Challenge in Québec in November 2007 . In doubles, she and her compatriot Raquel Kops-Jones defeated the pairing Stéphanie Dubois / Renata Voráčová in two sets . Together with Angela Haynes , also American, she moved into the second round at Wimbledon in 2008 . It was the only time that she got past the first round in a Grand Slam tournament .

She has not played a professional match since the US Open in 2011, and has not been in the world rankings since 2012 . She achieved her best placement in 2008 with position 84 in doubles.
