Christine Huber

Christine Huber (* 1963 ) is an Austrian writer and lives in Vienna .

Life

Huber's first volume of poetry appeared in 1990 in the traditional Viennese autumn press under the title Deadline for acceptance . Since then numerous publications of poetry, prose and text graphics. Huber has written texts for compositions by Beat Furrer , Elisabeth Flunger , Alexander Stankovski and I-Tsen Lu and realized joint text projects with Ilse Kilic and Helmut Schranz . In 1990 she founded edition ch , which was later taken over by the writer Franzobel , then by the author Lisa Spalt and has been overseen by the writer Günter Vallaster since 2004 .

Together with Gerhard Jaschke, Huber was managing director of the Graz Authors' Assembly from January 2006 to November 2010 . Jaschke and Huber succeeded the late author Gerhard Kofler in this function . After Christine Huber resigned, Ilse Kilic succeeded her in this position.
