Christine Paul (born January 21, 1965 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

The defender began her career at FC Bayern Munich . With Bayern she reached the finals in 1982 and 1985 of the German championship and the finals in 1988 and 1990 for the DFB Cup - all without winning the title. In 1990 she moved to FC Wacker Munich , for which she completed two seasons.

National team

Between 1985 and 1991 she completed eleven international matches for the senior national team , but remained without a goal. She made her debut on September 7, 1985 in Lüneburg in the 3-2 defeat in the qualifying group match for the 1987 European Championship against Norway's selection from the start, before being substituted for Frauke Kuhlmann in the 36th minute.
