Christoph Dübener

Christoph Dübener (born March 13, 1987 in Lutherstadt Wittenberg ) is a German handball player . He plays on the backcourt position .

At the age of 16 he came from Oschatz to the boarding school of the Schwerin sports high school , where he played first as a B, then as an A youth; with the A-youth of SV Post Schwerin he took part in the semi-finals of the German A-youth championship. The 1.96 meter tall left back player was active at SV Post Schwerin until 2006.

From September 2006 he was under contract with HSG Augustdorf / Hövelhof ; with this club he played in the 2nd Bundesliga . After the bankruptcy of HSG Augustdorf / Hövelhof, he played briefly at TV Verl in the major league, but after a short time he returned to HSG in August 2007 and stayed here until June 2008.

Dübener then played for three years at HSV Insel Usedom in the Regionalliga Nordost, but received no new offer there and left the club after the 2010/2011 season. He was then active until December 2011 with the Mecklenburg HC in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania League and switched from there directly to the Stralsund HV playing in the 3rd division ; he was wearing the number 20 on his back . In March 2012, the Stralsund AGM announced the separation from Christoph Dübener at the end of the season; he moved to HSV Insel Usedom.

Christoph Dübener obtained his secondary school diploma in 2004 and from 2006 to 2008 trained as an electronics technician for industrial engineering at eon Westfalen / Weser in Paderborn .
