The Cirocha ( Hungarian Ciroka ) is a left tributary of the Laborec in eastern Slovakia .

It flows through on its length of 56.6 kilometers, the district Snina and Humenné , rises in the Bukovské vrchy (part of the Carpathians ) near the mountain Ruské sedlo and the border with Poland and flows according to their performance in southwestern direction at the city Humenné in the Laborec. Its water catchment area is about 499 km². In the town of Snina , the Cirocha has a flow rate of 2.85 m³ / s.

The river is dammed in the Starina reservoir northeast of Snina .
