Clemens Bieber (clergyman)

Clemens Bieber (* 1957 in Glattbach ) is a German Catholic priest and cathedral chapter of the Würzburg diocese .

Life

Clemens Bieber completed an apprenticeship as a banker , graduated from Ketteler-Kolleg in Mainz and studied Catholic theology at the universities of Würzburg and Innsbruck . He was ordained a priest on February 14, 1987 by Bishop Paul-Werner Scheele and then worked as a chaplain in Kitzingen-Sankt Vinzenz, Gerolzhofen, Fladungen and Schweinfurt-Sankt Kilian. From 1990 to 1992 he was pastor in Theilheim , from 1992 to 2009 pastor of Kleinostheim .

Bishop Friedhelm Hofmann appointed him head of Department V “Social and Charitable Services” in the Episcopal Ordinariate with effect from January 1, 2010, and as 1st Chairman of the Caritas Association for the Diocese of Würzburg eV On March 30, 2010, Bishop Hofmann appointed Bieber to the cathedral chapter at the cathedral church in Würzburg . Since 2012 Bieber has been elected chairman of the Association of Catholic Day Care Centers for Children (KTK) - Bundesverband eV.

Since his studies he has been a member of the Catholic student association KDSt.V. Franco-Raetia zu Würzburg in the CV . During his studies in Innsbruck he joined the KÖHV_Leopoldina_Innsbruck .
