The Clemens Small Holding GmbH , headquartered in Dusseldorf is the since 2008 holding company of Clemens Small Group (short CK ), a German service company in the field of building management . The family company was founded in 1906. On December 9th, 2019 the bankruptcy in self-administration was filed.

history

In 1906, Clemens Kleine (I) founded the Clemens Kleine glass and building cleaning company in Düsseldorf . In 1928 he published the textbook for commercial glass and building cleaning and in 1934 became Reich Guild Master for Building Crafts. From 1947 to 1974 his son Clemens Kleine (II) took over the management of the company, which in turn was taken over by his son Clemens Kleine (III). From 1991 to 2012, the company expanded under the leadership of Alexander Kleine in eastern and northern Germany with a focus on Berlin , Chemnitz and Hamburg . The family business has been run by the brothers Alexander and Ulrich Kleine in the 4th generation since 2008 .
