Cliff Wiley
Cliff Wiley (born May 21, 1955 ) is a former American sprinter .
In 1977 he was part of the US quartet that set a world record of 38.03 seconds in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the World Athletics Cup in Düsseldorf .
In 1979 he won the US 4 x 100 meter relay at the Pan American Games in San Juan .
The US boycott prevented participation over 200 m in the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow.
In 1981 he won the Universiade over 400 m and the Athletics World Cup in Rome over 400 m and in the 4 x 400 meter relay . 1983 followed the triumph over 400 m at the Pan American Games in Caracas .
In 1981 and 1982 he was US champion over 400 m, in 1983 US indoor champion over 440 yards .
