Coggiola is a municipality with 1742 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Italian province of Biella (BI), Piedmont region . It is located in the Valle Séssera mountain valley and is part of the Comunità montana della Valle Séssera administrative community .

The community consists of the districts Villa Sopra, Villa Sotto, Formantero, Ponte S.Giovanni, Vico, Zuccaro, Castello, Camplin, Viera, Rivò, Biolla, Viera Superiore, Casa Chieti, Piletta and Fervazzo. The neighboring communities are Ailoche , Caprile , Portula and Pray .
