There it is the last song that Kelly (played by Gwyneth Paltrow) sings at her final concert: At the same time, the song is the mainspring of the film because it sparked the disputes between Kelly Canter and Chiles Stanton ( Leighton Meester ).

The first lines of the first verse are from Tom Douglas, the rest of the song was built on it. At the same time, the text should reflect the character of the main actress, as she matures from an alcohol-addicted country singer to a strong personality during the film, so that she “comes home” again. However, after performing the song, she relapses and dies of an overdose in the film .

The song was ready after a few hours of intensive songwriting, but was then initially rewritten by the team several times after Music Supervisor Randall Poster gave his feedback.
