The Communauté d'agglomération Sarreguemines Confluences (before 2017) is a former French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the departments of Moselle and Bas-Rhin region Grand Est . It was founded on December 20, 2001 and comprised 26 parishes. The administrative seat was in the city of Saargemünd . The specialty was the cross-departmental structure of the municipalities.

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2017, the community association merged with the Communauté de communes de l'Albe et des Lacs and thus formed the successor organization Communauté d'agglomération Sarreguemines Confluences . Despite the same name, it is a start-up with a different legal personality.
