The Communauté de communes Pays de Coulommiers is a former French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It was founded on December 15, 2016 and comprised 24 parishes. The administrative seat was in the place Coulommiers .

Historical development

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2017 from the merger of the predecessor organizations

Despite having the same name as the previous organization, it is a start-up with a different legal personality.

With effect from January 1, 2018, the association of municipalities merged with the Communauté de communes du Pays Fertois and thus formed the successor organization Communauté d'agglomération Coulommiers Pays de Brie .
