Aslam is the boss of the Bombay underworld , and Mallik is his right-hand man. When Mallik succeeds in eliminating one of his competitors, he becomes the mighty man of the underworld. His right hand becomes Chandu.

When the Indian police cracked down on Mallik and ultimately obtained arrest warrants against Mallik and Chandu through a witness, the two and their loyal entourage, including Malik's girlfriend and Chandu's wife, flee to Hong Kong to run the business from there.

Your business will be a success, threats will be more effective than blood, but blood also paves the way for the company. When there is a disagreement with Chandu because of Mallik's cruelty, the latter shoots a follower of Mallik's. Chandu and his wife have to flee, and what once strengthened the underworld as friendship now makes the underworld and day tremble in a merciless blood war.
