Cristián Omar Díaz (born November 3, 1986 in San Miguel de Tucumán ) is an Argentine football player . He is primarily used as a center forward.
Career
Díaz played in Argentine club football at first in the lower class at Club Gimnasia y Esgrima de Concepción del Uruguay and CA Boca Unidos . In summer 2007 he moved to Vasas Budapest in Hungary . He then returned to Central Norte Salta in Argentina in January 2008 before moving on to CSyD La Florida in the summer of 2008 . In 2009 he joined the Bolivian first division club San José . Here he convinced as a regular scorer in the 2010 Apertura of the Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano scorer was outside the country's borders.
In July 2010 he returned to Europe . This time he signed a two-year contract with the Polish club Śląsk Wrocław in the Ekstraklasa . In 2012 he won the championship title with the club, to which he contributed five goals this season.
