Cristian Florin Ianu (born October 16, 1983 in Timișoara , Timiș County ) is a Romanian football player . The striker has an interregional contract with FC Muri in the 2nd division .

Career

Ianu made his debut as a 16-year-old in Divizia B , the second Romanian division, when he was used in a game of his club UTA Arad in 2000 . In 2002 UTA rose to Divizia A and Ianu came on August 18, 2002 in the home defeat against FC Național Bucharest for his first Bundesliga appearance. In total, he played 22 league games in the 2002/03 season, in which he scored 4 goals. The club was relegated from bottom of the table and Ianu moved to Switzerland in July 2003 for the second division club AC Bellinzona . For this club he scored 65 goals in 121 games, including 19 goals in the 2006/07 season .

In the summer of 2007 he signed a contract with the first division club FC Aarau . On May 10, 2009 it was announced that Ianu would move to FC Luzern with a three-year contract for the 2009/10 season . On August 14, 2010, he broke the game at FC Basel with a challenge of the Basel goalkeeper Franco Costanzo , the shin and fell for about four months. On December 5, 2010, Ianu made his comeback in the last minutes of the game against AC Bellinzona . With his club, he finished the 2010/11 season despite the autumn championship on a place in midfield.

In January 2012 he moved to FC Sion . In the 2012/13 season he was loaned to FC Wohlen in the Challenge League . After his return in the summer of 2013, he will only be used in the second team of the Valais, which plays in the first division promotion . In the summer of 2014 he moved to FC Lausanne-Sport , which was relegated to the second division . After 13 goals in the first half of the season, FC Luzern signed him in January 2015.

On July 2, 2015, Ianu was loaned to FC Schaffhausen in the Challenge League for one year until the end of June 2016 . On December 17, 2015, the loan agreement with FC Schaffhausen was terminated prematurely.

Since the coach from FC Luzern had no use for him, Ianu was loaned to FC Wohlen for the second half of the 2015/2016 season. Thereupon Ianu scored the only goal to win 0-1 for FC Wohlen on January 27, 2016 in a friendly against Lucerne.

National team

In October 2001, Ianu played in the Romanian U-19 national team, which, however, failed in qualifying for the U-19 European Championship .
