Cristiana Ferrando (born August 10, 1995 ) is an Italian tennis player .

Career

Ferrando began playing tennis at the age of seven and her preferred surface is the hard court. She has already won four singles and two doubles titles at the ITF Women's Circuit .

She played her first professional tournament in May 2011 in Athens, where she failed in the second round. She reached her first final in September 2014, which she lost to her compatriot Martina Trevisan 4-6 and 3-6. Ferrando achieved the first tournament victory in March 2015 when she defeated the French Irina Ramialison 6: 3 and 6: 3 in straight sets in the final of the Solarino tournament .
