Cyborg Agent is a science fiction - Thriller American production from the year 1993 . It is the pilot of an unrealized TV series. The film was released on video in Germany on May 24, 1994.

The police officer Delilah is covertly investigating a ring of arms dealers around Alec Kasharian. She is exposed and shot by Kasharian.
Delilah's body is transformed into a cyborg . A camera is installed behind one of her eyes, which transmits the images Delilah sees to the control center. A receiver in her ear enables her to receive the instructions. A self-destruct mechanism is also built in to prevent the technology from falling into the wrong hands. The woman is officially declared dead.
Delilah escapes from the laboratory. She meets her friend Paul, who explains to her how little is left of the original body. Then she continues with her preparations for the role of a super agent, Paul is part of the team of supervisors. One day he hands her the trigger for the self-destruct mechanism.
Delilah is set on a terrorist who wants to acquire a nuclear weapon. Delilah discovers that this is a Kasharian. She fights against Kasharian, whom she finds in Paris, and defeats him.
