DBIX India Index

The DBIX India Index is an Indian stock exchange index and was developed by Deutsche Börse and the investment house Goldman Sachs . It shows the performance of Indian American Depository Receipts (ADR), which have a daily trading volume of over US $ 1 million and are traded on the London Stock Exchange , Nasdaq or New York Stock Exchange .

The weightings are a maximum of 15% and are based on the market capitalization .

The DBIX started in March 2002 at 100 points. It is issued as a price index (DE000A0C4CC6) and as a performance index (DE000A0C4CB8) , both in EUR.
