Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. is a medium-sized international pharmaceutical manufacturer from Hyderabad , India . The company was founded by Kallam Anji Reddy in 1984. Dr. Reddy's main business is generic drug production , but it also conducts research itself. The drugs produced are sold in India and other developing countries. In February 2006, the Augsburg-based generics group Betapharm was sold to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories sold.
