The Yes Bank is an Indian bank. It was founded in 2004 by Rana Kapoor. The bank is based in Mumbai . In the 2013/2014 financial year, it had total assets of INR 109 billion ( EUR 1.58 billion ). This makes it the fifth largest bank in the private sector in India. Yes Bank is active in all 28 states and the nine union territories . It operates over 1,120 branches in 375 cities and has 1,450 ATMs across India .

It is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (532648) and the National Stock Exchange of India (YESBANK).
