Dacorum is an administrative district with borough status in the county of Hertfordshire in England . It includes the cities of Hemel Hempstead , Berkhamsted and Tring , among others .

The district was formed on April 1, 1974 and emerged from the merger of seven smaller regional authorities, which are symbolized in the coat of arms by seven oak leaves. It is about:
