The Daffenstein or the Daffenstein refers to a series of limestone rock needles up to 1546 m high, which are located in front of the Grbe corner to the west. They are in the district of Kreuth .

The Daffenstein belongs to a series of limestone formations in the Mangfall Mountains , which extends from west to east over Roßstein and Buchstein , Leonhardstein , Daffenstein, Plankenstein and Brünnstein , but is much less known because of the wooded and not very isolated location. On one of the needles there is a summit cross that can only be reached by climbing.
