The Daggett Brook is a 40 km long river in the US state in Minnesota .
The stream has its source in a marshland in western Cass County at about 416 m above sea level. It flows first through wetlands to the north and then east. At the middle reaches the Daggett Brook flows through four neighboring lakes. The first lake is Lake George , followed by 6.4 km² Washburn Lake and the two very small lakes Donut Lake and Mule Lake . After these lakes, Daggett Brook turns south and reaches Crow Wing County . There it flows into Mitchell Lake , the penultimate lake on the way of Daggett Brook. Shortly after leaving Mitchell Lake, the small river ends in Eagle Lake, a good one kilometer away .
The river draining Eagle Lake is named Daggett Creek in the Geographic Names Information System , but is also referred to as Daggett Brook . A creek flowing in the southeast of Crow Wing County is also called Daggett Brook (see Daggett Brook (Nokasippi River) ).
The catchment area of Daggett Brook comprises, according to the USGS and 315 square kilometers consists of 9% of lakes and ponds. It is part of the Mississippi River Basin. The creek's largest inflow is Crooked Creek , which flows into Mitchell Lake.
