Dalibor Motejlek (born April 17, 1942 in Vysoké nad Jizerou ) is a former Czechoslovakian ski jumper .

Motejlek started for the first time at the Four Hills Tournament 1960/61 at an international tournament. On January 1, 1963 in Partenkirchen , he made it into the top ten for the first time with a 9th place. At the Olympic Winter Games in Innsbruck in 1964 , he started in both ski jumping competitions. From the normal hill he jumped to 19th place. From the large hill he achieved 10th place with jumps on 90.5 m, 84.5 m and 80.5 m. Shortly after the games, Moteljek set a new hill record and world record in ski jumping on the Heini-Klopfer ski jumping hill on February 15, 1964 with 142 meters . However, the record only lasted one day, as it was exceeded by two meters on February 16, 1964 by the Italian Nilo Zandanel . In the Four Hills Tournament 1964/65 he reached a second place in Bischofshofen after a seventh place in Oberstdorf and a fifth place in Innsbruck. It was his only podium finish in an individual competition in the Four Hills Tournament . In the end, thanks to these results, he reached third place in the tour's overall ranking. A year later he reached sixth place overall at the Four Hills Tournament in 1965/66 . On December 31, 1965, he set a new hill record with 104.5 m on the Paul-Ausserleitner-Schanze , which was only exceeded on January 5, 1974 by the German ski jumper Bernd Eckstein by 1.5 meters. On his last tour participation in the Four Hills Tournament in 1967/68 he was able to reach 9th place overall. Since the end of his active ski jumping career, Motejlek has been working as a ski jumping official and trainer and, among other things, acts as technical director for jumping in the context of the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . As a coach he trains at SK Harrachov, among others .
