Daniel Luipert

Daniel Luipert , also Daniël Luipert (born February 7, 1937 in Fransfontein , South West Africa ), is a former Namibian politician of the Democratic Gymnasium Alliance (DTA). He was a member of the Constituent Assembly of Namibia from 1989 to 1990 and a member of the National Assembly from 1990 to 2000 .

Luipert graduated from the Augustineum in Okahandja in 1961 . 1964 followed by a BA at the University of Natal in South Africa . Luipert returned to Namibia and was Vice Inspector for schools in Keetmanshoop from 1968 to 1974 . In 1975 he led the Nama to the gym conference as one of the leaders of the Nama Alliance Party .

From June 1, 1985 to May 1989, he was the leader of Namaland . Luipert has been the captain of the Swartbooi since 1986, based in Khorixas . After losing his parliamentary mandate, he joined SWAPO after 2000 .
